Co-EQ joins #ThereForME campaign letter to UK Health Select Commitee

This week Co-EQ joined 28 patient and health organisations for the #ThereForME campaign, to sign a letter to Lib Dem MP Layla M. , Chair of the UK Health Select Commitee House of Commons .

The letter asks for an investigation into the #humanrights and inadequacies of past and present care for people with #ME and #LongCovid (and the widespread impacts this has had on pandemic decision-making, healthcare, business and the economy).

It calls on the new committee to undertake an urgent inquiry into all of it.

A stark reminder of why Co-EQ exists and why we must embed lived experience in policy making.
